Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and what happens to it. Effective September 29, 2026.
We do not sell or share your information
Harrisson Li and Real Broker, LLC do not sell, rent, lease or share your phone number, mobile information, or any other personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected on this site are never shared with third parties for marketing. Information is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the service you asked for, and only as much as they need to do that. No mobile information is shared with any third party for promotional or marketing purposes.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, property address, and whatever you write in a message field. Providing a phone number is always optional on this site. There is no account system and no login. This site does not run advertising trackers.
Why it is collected
To answer you. A home valuation request needs the address. A buyer enquiry needs a way to reach you. A new construction list signup needs an email address. That is the whole purpose.
Who sees it
Harrisson Li, and Real Broker, LLC as the employing broker. Beyond that, only service providers needed to deliver what you asked for or complete a transaction: a customer relationship manager that stores the enquiry, a lender if you ask to be introduced to one, a title company once you are under contract. Those providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Text messages and SMS consent
If you give a phone number and agree to be contacted, Harrisson Li of Real Broker, LLC may send you text messages about real estate services: listing information, appointment coordination, and answers to what you asked about.
Program: Harrisson Li Real Estate, conversational and informational messages about your enquiry.
Message frequency: varies. Messages are sent in response to your enquiry and as your transaction requires. There is no fixed number.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.

Email and opting out
If you ask for a guide, listing alerts or the new construction list, you will get email about that. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also just reply and ask.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores small preferences in your browser, such as a remembered section or a search you typed. No third-party advertising cookies are set by this site. The Instagram feed and any listing search tool added later load from their own providers and may set their own cookies; that is disclosed here as it is added.
Your choices
Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call 267-368-2788 or email [email protected] and it will be handled. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion, and you will not be treated differently for asking.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Terms and Conditions
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
